আসসালামু আলাইকুম, আসা করি আপনারা সকলেই ভালো আছেন, ইংরেজিতে সাবলীল ভাবে কথা বলার জন্য Tense জানা আবশ্যক, আজকে আমরা জানব Present perfect tense কী, tense চেনার উপায়, structure এবং উদাহরণ সহ।
The Present Perfect Tense
যে Tense দ্বারা কোন কাজ এইমাত্র শেষ হয়েছে কিন্তু তার ফল এখনও বর্তমান এরুপ অর্থ প্রকাশ করে তাকে verb এর Present Perfect tense বলে।
বাংলায় চিনিবার উপায়:
বাংলা ক্রিয়ার শেষে য়াছ, য়াছি, য়াছে, য়েছেন, য়েছ, য়েছি, য়েছে এদের কোন একটি যোগ থাকে তাহলে তা Present Perfect tense হবে।
যেমন:
আমি ভাত খেয়েছি – I have eaten rice.
সে স্কুলে গিয়াছে – He has gone to school.
আমি ভাত খায়নি – I have not eaten rice.
Structure : Subject + have/has + মূল verb এর past participle + extension.
Note: He, she, It ও অন্য সব singular number যুক্ত third person এর পরে has বসে। I, we, you, they ও Plural subject এর পরে have বসে।
examples:
১. য়াছি (I have …)
আমি খাবার খেয়েছি। → I have eaten food.
আমি বইটি পড়েছি। → I have read the book.
আমি কলেজে গেছি। → I have gone to college.
আমি চিঠি লিখেছি। → I have written the letter.
আমি গান শুনেছি। → I have listened to the song.
আমি স্কুলে পৌঁছেছি। → I have reached school.
আমি খেলা শেষ করেছি। → I have finished the game.
আমি নতুন সিনেমা দেখেছি। → I have watched the new movie.
আমি নতুন বন্ধুর সাথে দেখা করেছি। → I have met a new friend.
আমি আমার কাম শেষ করেছি। → I have completed my work.
২. য়াছে (He/She/It has …)
সে ইতিমধ্যেই খাওয়া শেষ করেছে। → He has finished eating.
সে নতুন বই পড়েছে। → She has read a new book.
সে কলেজে গেছে। → He has gone to college.
সে চিঠি লিখেছে। → She has written a letter.
সে গান শুনেছে। → He has listened to the song.
সে স্কুলে পৌঁছেছে। → She has reached school.
সে খেলা শেষ করেছে। → He has completed the game.
সে নতুন সিনেমা দেখেছে। → She has watched the new movie.
সে নতুন বন্ধুর সাথে দেখা করেছে। → He has met a new friend.
সে তার কাম শেষ করেছে। → She has done her work.
৩. য়েছেন (You/He/She formal, or plural has/have …)
আপনি খাওয়া শেষ করেছেন। → You have finished eating.
আপনি বইটি পড়েছেন। → You have read the book.
তিনি কলেজে গেছেন। → He has gone to college.
তিনি চিঠি লিখেছেন। → She has written the letter.
তিনি গান শুনেছেন। → He has listened to the song.
আপনি স্কুলে পৌঁছেছেন। → You have reached school.
তিনি খেলা শেষ করেছেন। → He has completed the game.
তিনি নতুন সিনেমা দেখেছেন। → She has watched the new movie.
তিনি নতুন বন্ধুর সাথে দেখা করেছেন। → He has met a new friend.
আপনি আপনার কাজ শেষ করেছেন। → You have done your work.
৪. য়েছি (I have …)
(১ম ব্যক্তির জন্য, য়াছি–এর সমতুল্য)
আমি খেলাধুলা করেছি। → I have played.
আমি কাজ শেষ করেছি। → I have finished the work.
আমি গান শুনেছি। → I have listened to the song.
আমি বই পড়েছি। → I have read the book.
আমি নতুন সিনেমা দেখেছি। → I have watched the new movie.
আমি বন্ধুর সঙ্গে দেখা করেছি। → I have met my friend.
আমি শহরে গেছি। → I have gone to the city.
আমি চিঠি লিখেছি। → I have written a letter.
